Discover how to "Change the TIDE on Learning" with a practical framework designed to guide instructional leaders, coaches, and teacher teams in collaborative classroom observations. The T.I.D.E Learning Walk Framework focuses on four critical components—Tasks, Instruction, Design, and Engagement—to identify evidence of effective teaching and learning. Inspired by the concept of medical rounds, this process fosters collective insight and actionable strategies to elevate classroom practices. Participants will explore how to assess and refine classroom tasks, instructional approaches, environmental design, and student engagement to create dynamic, high-impact learning experiences. Join us to learn how to collaboratively transform classrooms into spaces where both teaching and learning thrive.
